N Freelancer Rhizobium

• Describtion
  Rhizobium is a symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria on the roots of dicotyledonous crops that forms nodules on the roots and fixing the atmospheric nitrogen by symbiotic association.
• This makes nitrogen easily available to the crop.
• N Freelancer Rhizobium bacteria should be used only for leguminous dicotyledonous crops.
• N Freelancer Rhizobium takes the food they need from plants and supply nitrogen to plants in return.
• About 90% of the total nitrogen required by the crop is taken from the air.
• This is why dicotyledonous crops need less nitrogen.
• Similarly some nitrogen is fixed in the soil and used for next season’s crop.
• Nodules are pink because of the Leghemoglobin pigment in the nodules.
• Leghemoglobin fixes the nitrogen by conversion of atmospheric nitrogen to ammonia in the nodules with the help of nitrogenase enzyme.
• Fixed nitrogen is available to the plant through the roots.

• Fixes nitrogen up to 20 to 50 kg N per ha.
• Helps to reduce nearly 25% of inorganic nitrate fertilizers.
• Act as PGPR and has the ability to promote the growth of non-nitrogen fixing plant also.

Application Method

Slurry Method or Direct Use

Slurry Method:

• Take 1 lit. N Freelancer (Rhizobium) 2 kg of jaggery, 2 lit milk in 200 lit water, keep it for 24 to 72 hrs filter it & then use it for drip.

Direct use:

• Take 1 lit/acre use directly through drip or drenching.
